By accessing or using LoadX, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.

Description of Service

LoadX provides software for creating and managing digital scale tickets and logistics records. Industries served include trucking, agriculture, and material hauling operations.

User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

• Accurate weight entries
• Appropriate use of the platform
• Maintaining account security

Digital Signatures

Signatures captured in LoadX represent acknowledgment of ticket information. By providing a digital signature, you confirm that you have reviewed the associated ticket data.

Offline Operation

The platform may store data locally when connectivity is unavailable and synchronize when connectivity is restored. Users should verify synced data to ensure accuracy.

Service Availability

LoadX does not guarantee uninterrupted service availability. We strive to maintain reliable uptime but cannot be held responsible for outages or service interruptions.

Limitation of Liability

LoadX is not responsible for:

• Business losses
• Incorrect user-entered data
• Operational decisions based on ticket records

Account Termination

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for misuse of the platform at the sole discretion of LoadX.

Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through the Settings screen in the LoadX mobile app. Upon deletion:

• Your personal information and login credentials will be permanently removed
• Completed scale ticket records will be anonymized and retained for business record-keeping
• This action is irreversible

You may also request account deletion by emailing support@loadx.io.

Data Retention

Scale ticket records and associated business data may be retained for operational, legal, and compliance purposes even after account deletion. Personal identifying information will be removed from retained records. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Services

LoadX integrates with third-party services for authentication, data storage, and notifications. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. LoadX is not responsible for the practices of third-party service providers.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of LoadX — including software, text, graphics, and logos — are owned by LoadX and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the data you enter into the platform.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated periodically. When we make material changes, we will notify users through the app or by email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
